BTÌìÌÃHousing & Residence Life is available during the summer for camps and conferences of all ages!ÌýBTÌìÌÃoffers a wide variety of summer programming for all ages and interests – music, art, robotics, computer programming, foreign language, writing, sports, conditioning, Model UN, and more!

To begin your camp registration process to include housing, you will need to submit an Institutional Camp Request Form to the Department of Outreach and Community Engagement. This link will direct you to the Camp Director Resource Page. There are two different ICR forms. The first type is for athletics only and the second type is for all other camps. You will need your BTÌìÌÃcredentials to log onto the form. If you do not have BTÌìÌÃcredentials, your BTÌìÌÃcamp representative will need to complete the form on your behalf. To arrange for meals and other non-housing facilities, pleaseÌýcontact the Department of Outreach and Community EngagementÌýonline atÌýÌýor by callingÌý(501) 852-2699Ìýfor full service assistance. You can also visitÌý/camps/camp-director-information/ for information about all of your camp needs.

When we receive notification of your completed Institutional Camp Request, one of the Housing Summer Conferences Coordinators will reach out to you with more information regarding your booking.
