Interested in hosting a summer camp on the BTÌìÌÃcampus? Simply fill out the . You will need BTÌìÌÃlogin credentials to fill out this form. If you are an external party, you will need to have a BTÌìÌÃfaculty/Staff contact fill out the form with you.
Please note that the University requires all summer camp staff to have a current background check or teaching license on file with the Camps and Conference Services team or the HR department. The summer camp is responsible for paying all fees associated with completion of these background checks, averaging $36. Summer camp staff will also be required to complete appropriate virtual training, which will be sent to you by the Camp Coordinator for UCA.
For residential camps, we will list our Residence Hall rates below.
If your camp will need meals from the Christian Cafeteria, you’ll find the rates listed below. We’re happy to coordinate catering upon request. Please note that the University is required to utilize our contracted food service provider, Aramark, for all catering needs.
