Fall Early Arrival to UCA
The Early Arrival form opens on July 1st at 10am and will close on July 31st at noon.
You can find the Early Arrival form on my.uca.edu in your MyHousing Portal under the ‘My Room’ tab.
Early Arrival forms are automatically approved and do not require verification. Once you complete the form, you are able to arrive early on August 9th or 11th, 2026.

August 9th – Check-in from 9am to 5pm
Double Room rate: $150
Single Room rate: $198August 11th – Check-in from Noon to 8pm
Double Room rate: $100

Group Early Arrival
All group directors (SOS team, athletic teams, RSOs, student staff, IEP students, Ambassadors, Student Associates/Peer Mentors) that require early arrival for the 2026-2027 Academic Year will need to complete this form in order to appropriately apply for Early Arrival for the Fall semester.
Only the Group Director needs to complete this form.Students will apply through the Housing portal by going to myBTÌìÌÃ> My Housing > My Room > Early Arrival Request.
