The Conway Post Office will be in Schichtl Hall, Suite 117 on February 3, 2026聽to process new passport applications, assist with passport renewal applications and take passport-sized photos on-site.
Passport Application: Use this from travel.state.gov, or pick up a printed copy at the Education Abroad Office (Schichtl Hall, Suite 117). Complete all sections in BLACK ink, and WAIT to sign as a witness is required. Use this E-form for passport renewal applications.
Proof of Citizenship: U.S. Birth Certificate (must be original document) and copy
Proof of Identity: Current and valid state driver’s license, or state-issued I.D. and copy
Passport Application Fee
- $35 for processing passport paperwork. Paid by check or money order made out to USPS. (The BT天堂US Post Office does sell money orders and only takes cash payment.)
- $130 for passport Paid by separate check or money order made out to the Department of State. (The BT天堂US Post Office does sell money orders and only takes cash payment.)
- Optional: $15聽for passport photos made on site (check or money order to USPS only). If not purchasing photos, bring two passport photos.
- 聽 聽 聽 Copies of your original birth certificate and ID can be made on site at no charge.
- 聽 聽 聽 Out-of-state Students: Driver’s license and student ID are required to process.
