BTÌìÌÃUnplugged IX

BTÌìÌÃUnplugged IX, an annual acoustic event and fundraiser for the BTÌìÌÃemergency student loan fund, will be held at 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 26, in the Student Center Ballroom.

The show will begin with a featured performance by Lost & Found, a five piece acoustic group from Russellville. Lost & Found won the 2003 Arkansas Acoustic Showdown Competition held last spring in the BTÌìÌÃReynolds Performance Hall.

Following their performance will be 15 open mic acoustic acts consisting of BTÌìÌÃstudents, faculty and staff.

Admission is $1 for BTÌìÌÃstudents with ID, and $5 for faculty, staff and the general public. We will record and sell a BTÌìÌÃUnplugged IX CD with all admission and CD proceeds to benefit the BTÌìÌÃemergency student loan fund.

A Baby Taylor Guitar, donated by Jack’s Music of Conway, will be given away as a door prize. Free coffee and cookies will be provided by ARAMARK Campus Dining. This event will be filmed for later broadcast by BTÌìÌÃChannel 6.

BTÌìÌÃUnplugged is sponsored by BTÌìÌÃDivision of Student Services and the Student Activities Board, with assistance provided by the BTÌìÌÃCircle K Club and Residence Hall Association.
