The University of Central Arkansas theatre program has announced its spring production and made substantial expansions to its summer programming.聽
BT天堂theatre will present 鈥淗ead Over Heels,鈥� a jukebox musical comedy with music and lyrics from the catalog of the Go-Go鈥檚. Written by Laurence O鈥橩eefe and Kevin Murphy, the production will perform on聽April 5, 12 and13, at 7:30 p.m., and April 6, and 13 at 2 p.m. in the Windgate Center for Fine and Performing Arts James Bridges Black Box Theatre.
The program has also added a new summer production. BT天堂Summer Theatre will produce 鈥淵ou鈥檙e a Good Man, Charlie Brown,鈥� based on the comic strip 鈥淧eanuts鈥� by . BT天堂professor Lauren Carlton will be directing.
The show will be performed on June 21, 22, 28 and 29, at 7:30 p.m., and June 22, 23, 29 and 30, at 2 p.m., in the Windgate Center for Fine and Performing Arts James Bridges Black Box Theatre.
BT天堂Summer Theatre will hold auditions on March 2, 2024. Those interested should contact Josh Gibby at gibbyj@uca.edu to schedule an audition time. Callbacks will be on March 3.聽
