Eric Deitz of Little Rock, a senior in UCA’s Honors College, has been awarded a Student Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education. The grant is $2,650, and BT天堂will add matching funds in the amount of $1,250.
Deitz’s research project, “Spark”, is a short film dealing with issues of tolerance in our society. Bruce Hutchinson and Mike Gunter of the BT天堂Department of Mass Communications and Theatre will serve as faculty mentors for the project.
