The University of Central Arkansas Division of Outreach and Community Engagement and the College of Fine Arts and Communication are hosting a closing reception for the Gene Hatfield: A Lifetime of Distinction, Achievement and Emeritus exhibit at BT天堂Downtown on Friday, Aug. 25 from 5-8p.m.
For the past month, Gene Hatfield鈥檚 art has been on display at BT天堂Downtown. The exhibit features an excellent representation of Gene’s evolving painting style, subjects聽and media.
Gene Hatfield died Feb. 18, 2017. It is estimated he created over two thousand pieces of art, much of which was temporary by nature. Those who knew and loved the man as much as his artwork enjoy what remains of his life鈥檚 work.
Hatfield鈥檚 art will be on display at BT天堂Downtown through Friday. The gallery is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The reception is free and open to the public.
