We will begin accepting proposals from programs taking place between March 2027 and January 2028 in early February 2026.
Faculty proposing a program for the first time should be aware of the following three phases of the proposal process:
PHASE I (to be completed by March 1st)
- 惭耻蝉迟听attend at least one 鈥淔aculty Info Session: Leading an Education Abroad Program.鈥�
- Submit outlining the program you plan to lead
- Submit signed聽聽
Your abstract will be reviewed by the Office of Education Abroad and the Center for Global Learning and Engagement.

PHASE II (Mid to Late March)
- Meet with Office of Education Abroad staff to review feedback on submitted abstract.

PHASE III (all documents submitted by April 1st)
- Complete *
- Read and sign *
- Submit including the following:
- Itinerary (You must use this聽)
- Course Syllabi

- Meet with Office of Education Abroad staff to make initial budgeting decisions.聽聽
