How to Submit
- Through Your Senator: You can hand or email a written note to any Faculty Senator, and they will share it with the Senate.
- Google Form: You can submit directly to the Senate using the form below.
What Happens Next
- Direct Senator Sharing: The Senator will present the recognition during the next Faculty Senate meeting so it is recorded in the official meeting minutes to celebrate our faculty publicly.
- Google Form Submission: The President of the Faculty Senate will present all Google Form recognitions during the next Faculty Senate meeting so they are recorded in the official minutes to celebrate our faculty publicly.
- In Both Cases: If you choose, we will also forward your recognition directly to your colleague, their department chair, and their dean.
