Service-Learning Course Designation Form

Service-Learning Course Designation Form

The course designation form is used for BT天堂faculty to request that a service-learning designation be added to a course in Banner. Designations are added at the section level for a single semester, but may be renewed semester to semester without resubmitting the form by emailing cetal@uca.edu the new CRN.
