Important Information
- Consent Forms must be submitted to complete registration.
- If you are submitting paperwork for Couples Counseling and your partner is NOT a student at UCA, they will need to use your Student ID.
- You will be assigned to a counselor and should receive a call within 3-4 business days. If you would like to schedule with someone in the community, please see this list of providers that sometimes offer discounted rates for students.
- Be sure to review the听BT天堂Counseling Center Confidentiality Policy听and听听BT天堂Counseling Center Tele-Mental Health Information form.
- This paperwork is not intended for Mental Health Emergencies. For emergencies after hours, contact the BT天堂PD at (501) 450-3111, dial 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. If you have an emergency during working hours please come by the Counseling Center (SHC 327) and you will be seen within a half hour.
- If you are a BT天堂Faculty/Staff member and not currently a student, counseling is available through the Employee Assistance Program.
