Checklist for Summer Registration聽Appointment:

Please bring the following documentation with you to your student’s Summer Orientation and Registration appointment.

Student’s Social Security Card
Student’s Birth Certificate
Student’s Immunization聽Records
Test Scores (ACT/SAT)
Accuplacer Exam Results聽(if needed)
Documentation for Concurrent Credit (official transcripts from the college or university where credit was awarded)
Documentation for AP Credit (official score report from )
Official Transcripts of any college classes your student has taken
