In honor of International Stuttering Awareness Month, the BT天堂Chapter of the National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association hosted聽a film screening that depicts a personal journey with stuttering and “how hard it is to say what’s in your heart.”
The title of the documentary is “The Way We Talk.” The event was held聽on Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Ida Waldran Auditorium on the University of Central Arkansas Campus.
BT天堂has聽the state’s only specialized stuttering clinic, which allows faculty not only to train graduate students, but also to provide services to children and adults who stutter, as well as聽their families.
